than The Fairy Queen!While dropping off some flowers today for a wedding at the Bellbridge House Hotel in Spanish Point, I met Aoife from the Fairy Queen in Shannon, County Clare, who was setting up the cake for the Happy Couple, as always it was a work of art and I thought that I would give her a quick mention as her cakes are just so gorgeous! and they also taste just as good as they look!
